Garrison Confections will make every effort to contact customers should a flavor or chocolate collection become unavailable. If we are unable to contact the customer within 24 hours, we will automatically substitute flavors or chocolate collections.

• Madagascar dark: 61% dark chocolate ganache steeped with a generous amount of Madagascar vanilla beans, enrobed in dark chocolate.
• Salted nut mix: a blend of homemade pecan, almond, hazelnut, pistachio, cashew and macadamia pralines, enrobed in dark chocolate.
• Litchi: litchi pate de fruit on top of a milk chocolate ganache, enrobed in milk chocolate.
• Chocolate cookie crunch: America’s favorite cookie ground up and blended with milk chocolate ganache, enrobed in milk chocolate ganache.
• Mango Tajin: Alphonso mango pate de fruit on top of a milk and dark chocolate ganache, enrobed in dark chocolate and sprinkled Mexican spice.
• Madagascar Milk: 38% milk chocolate steeped with a generous amount of Madagascar vanilla beans, enrobed in milk chocolate.
• Red Currant: red currant pate de fruit layered on top of a milk chocolate ganache blended with red currant puree, enrobed in dark chocolate.
• Salted caramel: caramel and sel de guerande ganache in a dark chocolate shell.
• Sweet marsala: creamy dark chocolate ganache spiked with sweet, florio marsala, enrobed in milk chocolate.
• Kona Caramel: dark chocolate ganache infused with kona coffee beans then blended with ground caramel flakes, enrobed in dark chocolate.
• Cactus Flower: cactus flower pate de fruit on top of a milk chocolate ganache, enrobed in milk chocolate.
