Garrison Confections will make every effort to contact customers should a flavor or chocolate collection become unavailable. If we are unable to contact the customer within 24 hours, we will automatically substitute flavors or chocolate collections.

• 49% Milk Chocolate: pure milk chocolate ganache made with vermont butter and local heavy cream and milk chocolate.
• Chamomile Lemon Tea: chamomile tea infused ganache on top of a ganache made with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
• Espresso Roast: a milk chocolate ganache steeped with super strong espresso coffee.
• Hazelnut Macchiato: hazelnut praline underneath a layer of lightly infused kenyan coffee ganache.
• Dark and Passionate: bittersweet ganache underneath a layer of passion fruit pate de fruit.
• Apple Cobbler: granny smith apple pate de fruit on top a fall holiday spiced ganache.
• Caramelia: caramel chocolate ganache made with a milk chocolate made from ground caramel powder.
• Mango Kombucha: mango kombucha pate de fruit on top of a milk chocolate mango ganache.
• Pear and Mille Herbes Honey: aromatic, herbal flavored honey ganache under a pear pate de fruit.
